Simulator Rules and Policies

Play hard. Respect the space. Keep it safe.

Bay Capacity

Maximum 6 players per bay
Only one person may swing at a time
Guests must remain behind the designated hitting line
For safety, no exceptions to capacity limits.

Time and Reservations

Simulator time begins and ends at your scheduled time
Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to check in
Late arrivals do not extend reserved time
Additional time is subject to availability
Peak hours require reservations.

Food and Drinks

Food and drinks are allowed in designated bay seating areas.
No food or beverage inside simulator hitting area
No outside food or beverages permitted
Spills or damage caused by misuse may result in cleaning or repair charges.

Equipment and Safety

Use only clean, dry clubs
No practice swings outside the hitting area
No running or horseplay
Follow staff instructions at all times
Guests are responsible for any damage caused by misuse of equipment.

Shoes and Attire

No metal spikes
Athletic shoes recommended
Shirts and appropriate attire required

Conduct

Double Par is a family friendly environment.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying:

Excessive intoxication
Aggressive behavior
Disruptive conduct
Failure to follow simulator rules

Damage Policy

Guests are financially responsible for damage caused by:

Throwing clubs
Striking screens outside the hitting zone
Intentional misuse of equipment

Repair costs may be charged to the booking party.

Liability

By participating in simulator play, guests acknowledge:

Golf involves physical activity
Risk of injury exists
Participation is voluntary

Guests assume responsibility for their own safety and the safety of their group.
