By booking simulator time, attending events, or entering Double Par Golf & Bar, you agree to the following terms.

Reservations and Payments

Simulator bookings require payment at the time of reservation unless otherwise stated.
All reservations are subject to availability.
Prices are subject to change without notice.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies apply as follows:

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before scheduled time may receive a refund or credit
Cancellations within 24 hours may be non refundable
No shows are non refundable

Event bookings may require deposits. Deposit terms will be provided at the time of booking.

Late Arrivals

Simulator time begins and ends at the scheduled reservation time.
Late arrivals do not extend reservation time.
Additional time may be purchased if available.

Conduct and Right to Refuse Service

Double Par Golf & Bar reserves the right to refuse service to any guest displaying:

Excessive intoxication
Aggressive or disruptive behavior
Failure to follow posted rules
Unsafe conduct

No refunds will be issued for removal due to conduct violations.

Property Damage

Guests are responsible for damage caused by:

Throwing clubs
Striking screens or equipment outside the intended use
Intentional misuse of property

Repair or replacement costs may be charged to the responsible party.

Assumption of Risk

Simulator golf involves physical activity.

By participating, guests acknowledge the risk of injury and voluntarily assume responsibility for participation.

Double Par Golf & Bar is not liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow posted rules or staff instructions.

Food and Beverage Policy

Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
Alcohol service is subject to Virginia law.
Valid identification is required for alcohol purchase.
Management reserves the right to limit or refuse alcohol service.

Photography and Media

Photos and videos may be taken within the venue for marketing purposes.

By entering the premises, guests grant permission for their likeness to be used in promotional materials unless they notify staff.

Minors

Guests under 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times during simulator play.
Adults are responsible for the conduct and safety of minors in their group.

Website Use

All website content, logos, and materials are the property of Double Par Golf & Bar.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

Changes to Terms

Double Par Golf & Bar reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
